Service is fine
location is ok. It is little interior. Surrounding is not clean. Breakfast/lunch/dinner is fine. Staff is supporting and polite. Taxies are available. Price can still reduced.

The hotel property is in a good location, cleanliness was there and the stay was comfortable. Though a few points that were missing were very few toiletries, tv was not working though we did not have to use. Overall it was a very pleasant stay

I liked the property. Rooms are spacious, clean and good with all required facalities.I stayed with my family and we had great stay. Main market and yatra parchi counter is at walking distance. They do provide pickup and drop from railway station or bus stand.

It was one of the worst stat I ever had. Hotel buiding was good but service is third class. They served us ice cold food and staff was very unprofessional. Tap ran out of water 3 times during our stay of 2 days. No electric kettle in room. They didn't provide us packed water, instead provided water in plastic jug. Book this hotel only if you was dharamshala experience in hotel. We had many arguments with the staff. Lift was not working. Literally nothing was good in this hotel.
