The food is excellent and the staff are very helpful and there cooperation is to the fullest. Bandhu ji assist us very well………………………….. And the ambulance is very well and the best items are hakka noodles and the manchurian was up to the mark And thank you Bandhu ji

Pros: just the location as you see a nice river flowing just opposite to this property. Cons: 1. third class service: whatever you order (food, water, glasses) they will take ages to bring that, that too after 100 reminders. 2. Very small room and bathroom. Bathroom was clean though, but there is no room service available. Despite of requesting for room cleaning multiple times no one bothered to do the same. Only smiling face you will see here is the owner’s face, otherwise everyone else will look at you as if they will eat you. Worth just 600-700 per night.

Good service. Could be more better. There was no hot water available for bathing, may be due to the weather but we were expecting that after our journey. Staff is humble and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to our other friends and family.

The room was clean. The highlight of the hotel is the hospitality. The staff was very courteous and was always ready to help. Located at a good spot. Just the food was average. P. S - WiFi was very fast.

I visited this hotel multiple times during my visit to Mata Vaishno devi and now it has become my fixed place to stay everytime I visit katra. The staff is so friendly that and accommodating. The pick and drop facility makes your darshan easy. The hotel is very clean and has nice washrooms. The food too is very fresh. And I totally loved their Masala tea.
