Backyard Hotel

居住了兩天晚上，老闆熱情，可由於疫情的原因沒有旅客入住，安排的房間很久沒人住，裏面有一股發黴的味道，枕頭不乾淨，後來給我換了就好了很多了，第一個晚上洗澡沒有熱水，第二天晚上才有熱水。

門鎖是壞的，安全感有點兒低！

Old hotel, everything is old, no everyday cleaning of room, some of the gadgets are not working the only positive thing is that the lobby and dining hall are spotlessly clean, and breakfast is good, but only a few combinations

For context: My friends and I have been there a couple of times and faced this issue a lot but we still chose to go there as the prices were reasonable while you're out clubbing all night. We usually make reservations via phone and they always say they have booked the rooms but when we show up there, they say the previous guests have extended their stay and the agreed-upon room is unavailable. They then say there are only expensive rooms available (which are awful and not worth the money) and we have no choice but to settle. The last time we went there the same thing happened and we had agreed upon a room on an agreed-upon price but they gave the same reason and gave us a room which was on the 6th floor and the rooms were below average for that price. We asked for the agreed-upon price for the room and then the staff said to talk to the owner so we agreed upon the room and decided to talk to the owner when we checked out the next day as we were getting late for our event. The next morning, when we tried talking to the owner he had the nastiest attitude and told us we were lying about the agreed price over the phone. Saying he never said anything about the price over the phone and was trying to intimidate us that he would check the CCTV cameras. We of course had no problem with that and gave him the exact date and time we spoke on the phone and then he backed off after admitting his mistake. The owner seems quite dumb and doesn't even know how to manage a hotel. My main question to them was why did they take reservations if they had no rooms available. Ofc they gave the same answer saying the guests overstayed. I am never going to this hotel again and I would suggest not to make reservations online or over the phone.

It's ok for solo tripper. Bathroom door should have nob and lock from inside and outside. But they don't have. Also termite in my room. Not aware of other rooms. Other facilities are more or less fine. Picture don't match with property or room which allotted me.

Totally satisfied, real value fir money, well located, good food, spacious rooms, cleaned surroundings, easy to locate.
