It's a really great hotel to stay in and they will try to help you in every possible way they can, even they exchanged our money in an emergency at night. Hotel staff is very gentle and polite you can ask them anything anytime they will serve you.

The overall experience was subpar. Upon arriving with a makemytrip booked receipt, we were informed by the receptionist that no rooms were available. They arranged an alternative at a nearby hotel, yet it didn't meet our expectations. Despite continuous requests, we were eventually placed in the hotel gallery, but the room still fell short of our expectations. Additionally, the promised two days of complimentary breakfast were not provided. On a positive note, the staff exhibited good behavior.
