The hotel is perfect location 20 min drive from airport. Hotel is Amazing,like room is big ,bathroom amenities all very useful, service is excellent,and breakfast has a lots of variety and testy as well .value of money

I was not able to check in due to delay of flights so I will not stay in Kathmandu for that night. I wrote to cancel booking but the hotel rejected and offered to keep booking for the next day. I tried to arrange to change the date of my booking from 28 March to 9 April (instead of 9 March because I am not yet in Kathmandu). The hotel rejected without giving any reasons. I wrote them a letter twice but they are radio silence. ù

The staffs are very kind. We check out really early in the morning, and the staffs helped to pack the breakfast for us.

酒店服務非常專業，早餐豐富，前台服務熱情周到。説要水，很快就送來了。而且酒店裡面有電吹風，洗澡熱水非常舒適。 很多中國人到其他地方找中餐吃，結果發現最正宗的中餐在酒店樓上九層。而且這裏的巧克力布朗尼，非常正宗。原本應該是和冰淇淋一起吃，我提出來要吃熱的，酒店立即做了熱呼呼的冰激凌。酒店旁邊有個加德滿都最大的農貿市場，6個大蘋果，衹要不到20元人民幣。這裏什麼蔬菜水果都能買到。 因為加德滿都經常堵車，如果銜接航班，酒店離機場很近，這又是一大優勢。

環境設施華麗，泳池有酒店餐廳 房間很大有落地玻璃露台 而且可以遙望山脈 免費自助早餐頗多選擇 到埗時還有免費歡迎果汁 傍晚還有職員送免費朱古力到房間 服務員會堅持幫手提行李到房間 整體來說服務非常好

酒店服務很好，在尼泊爾這樣的國家，能有這樣一個，非常難得，只是會發生偶爾停電，但是馬上就來電，短暫停電。屋內設施也很好

酒店的位置比較偏一點，打車外出，需要前台幫忙聯繫叫車，房間裝修很新，服務人員也很熱情，早餐比較一般，吃飽可以

酒店很好，尼泊爾的五星級酒店，會議室很大，音響效果也很好。2樓的餐廳很棒，房間也很大。熱水出水很快。

Akamaa hotel is good and all staf are very kind and smiley ...as well as co.operative ......overall the experience in hotel akama is very memorable.......In reception sujata was so smiley and I like the way she treat the guest..............I will visit again in akama ............❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
