Trabzon 明顯感覺像是國內的地級市，在這種地方，酒店有這樣的衞生和服務已經是非常滿意了。各方面都不錯，唯一缺點是當室外温度低時，酒店會統一關閉冷氣，儘管室內其實還是比較悶熱。

Otel son derece temiz, şık ve lüks bir oteldi. Odalar ***et konforlu ve büyüktü. Hem metrekare olarak, hem yatağın büyüklüğü ve rahatlığı açısından, hem banyo ve odaların temizliği tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Spor salonunu kullandım. ***et yeterli ve modern spor aletleri ile donatılmıştı. Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Çok memnun kaldım, birdaha yolum düşerse kesinlikle tercih edeceğim.

Her şey çok iyiydi, Trabzon'da çok fazla otelde kaldım fakat şu ana kadarki en iyi otel bu diyebilirim.

This was a very nice quality hotel in a nice area along with sea views. The hotel has a great restaurant along with a coffee shop and store on site. Our room was upgraded to a suite that was huge with a separate living room area. The bedroom was massive with a very comfortable bed and nice blackout curtains. We slept so good and we loved that they offer a pillow menu. The bathroom is fully stocked with amenities to cover all your needs. The best part of the stay was the staff. Tolga checked us in and created an excellent experience even before our stay. He replied to my ******* request immediately, was very professional and helpful about the area. He even spoke great English which helped. We highly recommend this property.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Excellent service. The hotel was being renovated a little before the start of the leak summer season. As a result it was very noisy sometimes - at night, I could hear loud water running through the pipes. Also, the gym is very basic. However, there is a very good gym around the corner

First of all i would like say many thanks to reception agents. Its my second time here and when i arrive the hotel they reconize me and i saw smiling faces. I hope we see you again in the future. i reccomend this hotel.

Good hotel , large room , good employes but i can say only one negative thing the windows are very bad all road noieses coming inside. this can sometimes interrupt your sleep. even so i would like say big thanks everyone.

It was amazing experince. Especially stuff are very kind and helpfull. Definitely i recommended this place. even they upgrade my reservation as suite room. The breakfast buffet also delicious and smiling waiters.

To be honest totaly it was a good hotel but it has some problems as follow: 1) Some of the staff of this hotel did not behave well and seemed to be angry. 2) We had brought pistachios with us and when we left the room one day and returned in the evening, the pistachios were not in our room, so we informed the reception about this, but unfortunately they did not give a convincing answer. 3) The rooms facing the street, due to the 24-hour passing of vehicles and their noise, you will not have the peace necessary to rest. 4) The breakfast menu of the hotel was not enough as compared to other hotels of the same level.

Hotel is perfect reception staff is friendly and helpfull. Rooms are big and beds comfortable. Hotel have a many facilities. Hotel near the shops and have next to coffee shop. If ı go to again the trabzon ım choos again
