Wow we just arrived yesterday and have been completely blown away by the beauty, service, comfort & location. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew how well we’d chosen and what a fantastic place this is. I would go as far as to say it’s the nicest hotel we’ve ever had the pleasure & fortunate of staying in. The reception staff were so kind & welcoming & we were greeted with a glass of Prosecco. We had booked two rooms and we were told upon arrival that as the hotel is full unfortunately they did not have two rooms available that were close to each other and so they went completely above & beyond and offered us a free upgrade to two suites that were next to one another which are amazing & so large & comfortable comprising of a bedroom, bathroom with bath & separate shower, kitchenette, a lounge are with an l shape sofa of two single beds which could easily accommodate two more people & a big balcony / porch with table chairs & two sun loungers. We couldn’t have been more thrilled. The grounds are gorgeous. Though it is apparently at full capacity & massive it doesn’t feel crowded or busy. So many comfortable sun loungers & bean bags by the pools one of which is almost Olympic sized & a very relaxing hammock area. And that’s not even to mention that it has a large private beach with crystal clear & calm waters, a bit rocky, soft pebbly sand & again many comfy loungers including umbrellas for shade if you want it. The temperature is perfect at this time of year around 30 degrees & cools down a touch to around 27 in the evenings. Though drinks are a little pricey in the hotel, we treated ourselves to cocktails for 10 euros & they were a very good size, strong & delicious. There are many excursions we are looking forward to such as the blue lagoon & meteorora, mountains & archeological natural heritage sites & definitely going to go snorkelling & scuba diving too. We are very excited for breakfast which is available until 11am which is perfect if you wish to ride later though I’m up at 7.30 as I want to make the most of the day. The nearby town has options for food and drink & supermarkets & is less than a 5min drive. We rented a car which I would recommend to be able to explore & also getting to & from Thessaloniki airport which is an hour’s very straightforward drive. We could not be happier & I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone! Huge thanks to the team for making our holiday so special & one to remember. This is just right for a relaxing, luxurious & peaceful break. There are also plenty of activities & themed nights on offer at the resort & can’t wait to try the gym & spa! It’s maybe not ideal for big party goers but there are a few cocktail bars & kareoke.

Kassandra palace is beautiful and clean. The sea is stunning to swim in and the staff here are so lovely and helpful. From reception to room service, the restaurants and food hall you will find they are all so friendly. We felt immediately welcomed by Maria as soon as we visited! She is made us feel so at ease. Despina, Maria, Georgia, Vangelis are all super friendly, smiley and so helpful. We love chatting to them all at breakfast and dinner. Listening for suggestions on where to visit and look forward to telling them the next day about our experiences. They really have treated us here, we love them! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel! Myself and my husband chose this hotel as a last minute needed get away and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. On arrival we were welcomed with a glass of bubbles and the check in was smooth and efficient. We wanted to mention a few individuals who went above and beyond during our stay and believe this recognition is really vital for the livelihood of those working so hard. Nikos welcomed us and helped with our luggage. He was nothing but a delight the whole holiday he worked so hard and was always so friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed and we opted for a sea view which was lovely to look out to especially the sunsets each evening. Despina had arranged for a bottle of bubbles on arrival within the room alongside the most amazing platter of fruit! Thank you so much despina it was such a lovely touch and greatly appreciated. We could not fault the facilities at the hotel there was a selection of restaurants, entertainment and not to mention the amazing blue flag beach and short walk from the hotel. The hotel adopted a no reserve policy on all sunbeds which was so lovely. Despite this people remained to reserve these early morning with towels but we were extremely happy to see the staff remove these and place items in a safe location for other actually wanted to use the sunbeds! We always got a sunbed right on the beach for this reason! The food was great- we opted for breakfast and dinner within our package and the choice for the buffet style was endless. The chefs and waiters worked so hard to ensure food was always fresh, replaced and everything was so clean. A special mention to the lady each morning on the omelette station! Lastly a mention to Maria, Georgia and Sotiria who all worked within the restaurant you were all so kind, friendly,helpful and welcoming. We’re here for a week’s stay to celebrate our honeymoon and we could not think of a more perfect destination. We cannot fault this place at all. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Clean and well maintained. The hotel is on the beach. It’s a beautiful setting of tranquility with gorgeous sunsets from the beach. The food is great and there’s a large selection. A massive thanks to all the staff who have been nothing less than great. All so polite and helpful. A special thanks to Despina, Maria, Georgia and Sofiria for welcoming us every meal time with warm smiles. The girls are all very attentive and friendly, Overall we have fell in love with this place and couldn’t wish more for our honeymoon. We will be returning without a doubt. Highly recommend! Cannot fault our stay here the staff are amazing , helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Despina ,Marios, Vangelis, Maria, Georgia and Sofiria. Food is amazing, WiFi throughout even at the beach. The pool was lovely. Grounds and facilities are kept immaculately clean and tidy. Some nice places to visit locally with amazing views and scenery too. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely like to return.

This was our second time staying here, and we will definitely be returning next year! The grounds of the hotel are immaculately kept, beautiful and the most relaxing place to be. The beach is so clean, the water is clear and the sunbeds are very comfortable- it is the best beach we’ve ever been to. Rooms are modern and equipped with all essentials. Housekeeping was very friendly and left bottles of water etc. Staff are very welcoming and friendly when entering the main restaurant. The food in the buffet restaurant was exceptional, with a large variety for both breakfast and dinner each day.

We were happy to return to this hotel, for the second consecutive year. Very kind staff, especially: Despina, Maria, Georgia and Vanghelis, extremely attentive to our needs. Fresh, diverse and tasty food. We enjoyed a lot staying here!

From the moment you walk into the Cassandra Palace Resort, you are enveloped by its vibrant energy and warm hospitality. The staff is exceptionally amazing, making you feel at home instantly. The entire resort is stunningly beautiful and impeccably maintained. The main restaurant's terrace, surrounded by palm trees, offers a breathtaking view while you dine. The swimming pool, complete with a little bar, is perfect for relaxation. The two a la carte restaurants are set in beautiful gardens, providing a serene dining experience. The private beach, featuring a beach bar, is a true highlight – pristine and inviting. This is our second year at Cassandra Palace Resort, and we are more impressed than ever. We are definitely coming back and highly recommend it to everyone seeking an enjoyable vacation.
