Porto Sani

Today I had an amazing massage at Porto Sani.The whole experience was amazing,super relaxing.The care they took for me was so heartwarming.The girl that did my massage was called Georgia,such a sweet girl who does her work great.Thank you for the amazing experience as always.

We’ve been to this resort a few times now. The main reason we keep coming back to Porto Sani is because literally there is no where better! The customer service is world-class, especially Milos Nikolic. He took the absolute best care of us throughout our stay ensuring we had everything we needed to make sure we had the best holiday ever. Our kids even talk about how much they loved Milos too and that’s because he cared about us in such a fantastic way that they think he’s their best friend too! The resort is second to none. You can’t find anything that offers the range of facilities, fantastic food, beautiful beaches and great activities. I can’t forget to mention the brilliant events programme also that keeps everyone entertained until late in the night!! Basically, stay here! You won’t regret it! And count yourself very lucky if Milos looks after you!

This was our second visit to Porto Sani having previously come during peak July season a few years ago. Many aspects of the hotel remain very impressive: - it is a very attractive hotel and resort throughout, with fantastically maintained buildings and gardens. - the effect of the multi hotel with their own identity/one resort concept is that it has the feeling of being a small town, with the marina providing a lovely focal point, rather than just another soulless hotel that could be anywhere. - the breadth of facilities and activities available is impressive. The football academy in particular wipes the floor with anything offered by equivalent hotels. - the number of restaurant choices is excellent, and the ability to make use of the options at the other resort hotels is a great feature. There was however a slightly different vibe in the October half term to that experienced over the summer. The hotel is very clearly in wind down mode, with staff visibility and service levels (around the pool, at the beach, in restaurants) far below that on show in the summer and we experienced a number of other frustrations given the expectations set by the price point / high end 5* status: - access to activities / facilities / restaurants: in the October half term, there is almost no real time availability at any of the popular activities (tree top adventure, Bear Grylls camp, kids club, evening restaurants). Unless you have the foresight to book 4-6 weeks in advance, expect disappointment. Plenty of the repeat visitors have figured this out meaning those visiting for the first time arrive to find a lot of the big selling points to the resort just aren't available, with staff effectively blaming the guests for not booking sooner. As word spreads, all that will happen is 4-6 weeks becomes 8-10 weeks. - F&B programme: notwithstanding that the choice is great, the dine around/credit system (adopted in place of the all inclusive approach at obvious rival hotels) can leave a bad taste and can be quite deceptive. The 'included set menu' options are often quite limited and seem designed to draw you to the far superior a la Carte options which are priced ludicrously: with the 'credit' insufficient to even cover the most basic dish (EUR 25 for a Greek salad, EUR ). The fact unused credit can not be applied to drinks with meals is also bizarre. - Cost: several other reviews have commented but the Sani takes 'captive resort' pricing to the extreme: no complimentary water at meals; EUR7.5 for basic water, for a coffee; EUR 13 for a kids milkshake; EUR20 for a glass of local wine; EUR13 for a bowl of fries...

We left three days ago, and I can't stop thinking about our incredible experience at Porto Sani Hotel! From the moment we arrived, Milos and the other staff welcomed us outside as if we were family. Their warmth set the tone for our entire stay. Milos from the front desk and Pavel, the General Manager, truly stand out for their dedication and attentiveness. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is evident throughout the entire resort. The improvements at El Puerto restaurant are remarkable! Amando and Nikos provided exceptional service, and the food was simply delicious. We also had a fantastic dining experience at Katsu, thanks to Daniel, and Leonidas at Cabana made us feel right at home. Special mentions go to the wonderful staff at Treetop and George from Bear Grylls Academy, who made our adventures unforgettable. Every detail was taken care of, and the level of attentiveness was truly impressive. I can't recommend Porto Sani enough—it's a slice of paradise where the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!

My stay was amazing… Everything was perfect from check-in to our check-out. Food was exceptional…Facilities were in excellent condition….Тhe staff were very helpful, especially mr. Kostas Zervas who was always response to our whims. Thank you!!!

Best holiday experience I have ever had with my babies!! Staff are amazing and the whole trip was designed for a real fun and restful holiday! We have a baby of 9 months and. 3.5 year old and we used the child care facility that made it the best most relaxing time. Plus it was jam packaged full of fun and exciting evening activities.
