Superbe hôtel typique toits en palmier , au milieu d'une très belle végétation. Bungalow spatieux à la décoration exotique, lit décoré tous les jours, Personnel très très souriant, gentil et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet établissement au nord est de l'île préservé

It's just so refreshing when you come to write a review and the positive words just keep flowing. This hotel is absolutely faultless from the very first interaction, making the booking with Antonie and his team, to our amazing workshop and conference in the incredible facilities, to the beautiful rooms (we were upgraded to the beach rooms on day two, and just wow!), to the impeccable meals overseen by the tirelessly attentive Scott from Scotland – what else can I say? It was perfect. I want to say a special thank you to Antonie for everything he did to make our stay and conference flawless. I'll definitely be back.

Idéal pour se détendre autour de la piscine ou au bord de l’eau. Personnel très sympathique et disponible. Les chambres sont très bien et propres. Le bar de la piscine est très agréable, les restaurants sont bons. Le lieu est paradisiaque. Attention cependant à la marée basse.

This is a wonderful resort that has an amazing pool, lovely beach, good food and super staff. Even when full there are lots of places to sit and plenty of pool loungers. The rooms are spacious with great air-conditioning and spacious bathrooms. It has a number of bars, and a lot of steps. Though you can access around the site on ramps. The entertainment is good. But could use a better sound system and be a bit tighter, some of the things go on a bit too long. Communication is not a strength of the hotel, information in the rooms is a bit all over the place. There is a board at breakfast about what's on, but it's not always clear where. The SPA is very good with good massages that are superb value. Internet is very good, so an app with what's on, offers etc would be useful. There is not a lot around, a row of shops next door in an alley, though you do get pounced on a bit! Food is all excellent with great choice. Avoid the cornflakes and frosties, the dispensers aren't sealed so the humidity really gets to them. We would recommend the hotel for a Zanzibar beach stay, but would add a stay for a couple of nights in a hotel in Zanzibar town which would add to the Zanzibar experience.

We had an amazing time at Ocean Paradise. There were 4 of us staying in adjoined seafront bungalows. The bed was too hard for me but very quickly after a request they had put a mattress topper on the bed making it extremely comfortable. Aircon worked very efficiently. All inclusive food and drink was fantastic. Great caring staff. Amazing swimming pool. Only down side for me is that I hate seaweed. I had to carefully tread my way through it but once past it the sea was beautifully warm. I would highly recommend staying here

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à l'Ocean Paradise Resort après une semaine de safaris en Tanzanie. L'endroit est magique! Situé en bord de plage (prévoir chaussures de mer cause oursins), les chambres sont spacieuses, literie très confortable, personnel adorable et souriant, managers présents et disponibles. Pays anglophone, donc personnel anglophone car peu de clients français. Il faut donc avoir des bases d'anglais...mais le personnel fait des efforts pour apprendre des phrases. Clientèle essentiellement allemande, très discrète et d'un certain âge. Hotel pas adapté aux personnes ayant du mal à se déplacer, car beaucoup d'escaliers. Pas d'enfants ni ados car pas de club ni jeux prévus pour eux. Ouf! Ce qui garantit aux adultes un calme et une tranquillité assurés. Nous avons apprécié ...Stone Town la ville est à 1h30 en voiture, mais possibilité de réserver des excursions ou des plongées par l'hôtel. A recommander sans réserve pour les personnes désirant du luxe, du repos et une coupure totale avec le quotidien ! N'oubliez pas de laisser un pourboire collectif (tip), avant de partir, 15 ou 20 euros sont un minimum. Les français étant connus pour leur radinerie... Merci à tout le personnel Catherine et Pierre (chambre 175)

Très très bel hôtel. Situé sur l’océan indien, l’hôtel est composé de plusieurs petits bungalows de charme magnifiques dans un jardin superbe. Certaines chambres sont situées dans le bâtiment principal qui lui est relativement loin de la plage et de la piscine. Il faut d’ailleurs emprunter un grand nombre d’escaliers pour se rendre de la plage ou la piscine à la chambre . Je vous déconseille ces chambres qui sont cette moins chère mais vraiment mal exposées et mal commodes. Nous étions dans le bungalow 104 à proximité immédiate de la plage qui est idéalement situé. Je vous conseille de payer la plus value , vous en aurez pour votre argent ! Attention : ne pas oublier les bouchons d’oreilles pour dormir car la climatisation est très bruyante. Le réseau WIFI est très faible et instable dans les chambres. Des coupures d’électricité fréquentes (plusieurs fois par jour) dans les chambres. Le personnel est globalement accueillant même si quelques fois les sourires ne sont pas au rendez-vous !!! Inconvénient : personne parle le français donc difficile de ce faire comprendre quand on ne parle pas anglais !!! La restauration est très correcte. ATTENTION : Cet hôtel n’est pas du tout adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite

The best hotel ever! From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't do enough for us. Our air conditioning broke part way through our stay and we were immediately upgraded to another room at no extra charge. Thank you so much to Scott the F & B Manager as the food was excellent. Also a special mention to Leila, Mary and all the staff. Don't worry we will be back 🏖🏝🐚🌞🍉🍌🍍🍹🥂🍽
