Hotel Anand Castle

Initially, i was given a room that lacked an electric kettle, and the telephone was not functioning. The reception staff had to call me on my mobile phone. Additionally, the room hadn't been cleaned properly, and the window was broken, which made the room quite cold. The next morning, i reported these issues to the staff, and they promptly moved me to another room that was much better and equipped with proper amenities. The staff is well-behaved, and the food is good; however, room service is quite slow. The mosquito was also present in the room.

If you are on a family holiday and looking for a hotel for night stay only, then you can go for this, location is great, best part is you can get kashipur specific food like - singhara kachri and khasta kachori at walking distance. As far as hotel services are considered, they are okay, complimentary breakfast was good, cleanliness and higiene could be improved, services are not one of the quickest. Overall a decent stay

Hotel management was not good, too much argument for breakfast even though our breakfast was complimentary they provide us only some selected items

It sounds like you're having a wonderful experience. Enjoying delicious food and a clean bathroom can certainly elevate a stay. Those are definitely aspects I value in accommodations too. Food was too costly, lock of the door was not working my luggage was unsafe when i went for work as door wasnt locked

The hotel gets full points for its convenient location and spacious rooms. I was here to attend a marriage and needed a place to stay with the family. The Bed was comfy and king size , though one pillow did not have a pillow cover. Sadly, our hot and cold AC was not working properly nor was the bathroom light working. They provided Tea making kits but No electric kettle ! The room did not look well dusted either. The staff was helpful and did fix most of the things but the promised hot water in the chilling weather was still quite cold in the evening , in the morning we did get hot water. They have room service and dining room too , an elevator is available which is good if you have luggage or bad knees. In Peak Covid times , they insisted on masks but most of their own staff wasn't wearing masks , nor did they provide sanitizers at reception or check vaccination certificates. For a business hotel , I did not find any garment hangers in the wardrobe or any stationary in the room. At the price I paid I have had far better rooms even in five star hotels !
