We traveled with family and found the best hotel in kasauli very friendly staff and a familiar atmosphere they had a very beautiful open terrace cafe with greenery all around the playing zone available for kids and adults as well the food was very tasty and we would stay here again in future.

The hotel was nice and room was good. It was neat and clean but the service was not upto the mark. Despite repeated reminders need full was not done. Food was also not good. 2. The stay in hotel choice garden zirakpur was really worst experience. Construction work was going on in front of the room allotted to us. It continued till 7. 30 pm and started again in the following morning. It was dusty inside and outside. Wash basin in the washroom was blocked. The only positive thing was that food served was very good.

We have booked the Shivalik Hotel & Resorts for a wedding ceremony to be held in Nov. 2024. The location of the resort is on the Kasauli Road. The resort is having around 45 rooms that serves our purpose. All rooms are good in size, having balcony, bathroom and all accessories needed to stay. Views of the valley ate magnificent from the balcony and from the top of the hotel. We had lunch here, the food quality was good and the portion was sufficient at mid-range price. They were renovating the whole hotel with some modifications. Hope it will be better when we come again for our ceremony in Nov.,24.

I booked super deluxe room however the property is old this you can see in the washrooms, furniture doors etc. The view from room balcony, service and food was good.
