I was there with my daughter and we had amazing time. The hotel put us in the wrong room but the hotel changed the room. Thank you trip.com for the compensation. The room was lovely with an excellent view. The service provided by the hotel was excellent. From the Manager to the reception to the guy who carried our bags..... Even at the restaurant where we had our meals. Excellent food too. They had so many activities and the best New Years eve dinner, entertainment and fireworks. We even stayed an extra night. I plan to visit again.

The facility is well excellent and services from the staff were are top notch. We had a bush dinner which had a beautiful set up. The heated swimming pool was the best experience i had. I enjoyed watching the animals wild animals and it was beautiful.

The Great Rift Valley Lodge is a beautiful and well-maintained resort. The views are stunning, the grounds are immaculate, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the property, and the peaceful surroundings make it a restful stop. That said, I didn’t feel the same connection here as I did at some of the other places we stayed in Amboseli and the Masai Mara—particularly with the staff. While service was polite and professional, it felt more transactional than warm or personal, which created a bit of emotional distance during our stay. Still, I’d recommend the lodge for its scenery, cleanliness, and tranquil setting. If you’re looking for a quiet and visually impressive place to unwind, it certainly delivers.

Grvl never disappoints from the check in process, to the rooms, the food, the hospitable staff are a gem as always. What is more exciting is a new young rangers club with so many games to engage in and also a new gym is in place..Thank you for the warm hospitality

You can never be disappointed when you go to this lodge. The service is incredible.The people are super friendly and the food is delicious. The main attraction was the gorgeous golf course that had zebras, wartogs and impala on it. This experience is a must do for anyone. Even our non golfing friends enjoyed the facilities.The spa and local excursions.
