A trendy hotel at Karuizawa, their breakfast is recommended Recommend to book parking before check-in. We didn’t make the reservation and we need to park nearby. They have free drinks in the evening too :) Would like to stay there again if I visit Karuizawa next time!

Nice service, new room, excellent driving service to station

Clean, Nice hotel, Great staff, although breakfast is not buffet style but the breakfast was excellent. Walking distance to bus & train terminal station and shopping area. They offer free flow wine for guest during night time, we were chill at the lounge area and enjoyed our drink every night. Probably will revisit this hotel again.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the Karuizawa Main Street area by walking distance. We stayed 3 nights, the hotel rooms is clean. All the staff from reception to restaurant were really friendly. Credit to Restaurant staff for wine pairing. Thank you.

At intersection to various hotspots in Karuizawa. Very modern & clean room, though lighting is a bit dim for our liking. Decor in the whole hotel was very stylish. Had free drinks session at 2115-2230 with a good selection of alcoholic & nonalcoholic beverages. Breakfast from the hotel restaurant was high quality as well. Also had rental services for various goods including massage guns. Dinner at the restaurant had to be booked. Staff did not allow walk-ins at 2000 even though the restaurant was half empty, nor did they accept takeaway or ordering to room as they claimed the kitchen was already at full capacity.

酒店位置方便設備新，由車站步行10分鐘就到，步行去舊輕井澤食飯行街都是10分鐘就到，酒店的西式晚餐好吃，反而早餐普通。

房間雖然不大，但安排挺緊湊，拉開蓋板就是一個小桌子，床下也可以放東西，我們帶的行李箱正好可以在床邊放下，床很舒服，晚上的免費酒吧很棒，我和家人都很喜歡
