Very nice and cosy hotel. Very near to trust attractions. It is close to the JR Station, as well as the Outlet.

Stayed 3 nights and the hotel was great, service is top notch. The location is a few hundred meters away from Karuizawa station however they do have scheduled shuttle van for guests to make use of. I like that they have a Lawson right behind. And the free breakfast is definitely a big plus, simple but filling and yums.

Hotel is a short walk to the train station & outlet mall, with a Family Mart & Lawson nearby. Good for travellers looking for a clean & cozy place to stay, with very basic amenities … but check out is a little early at 10am.

Walking distance from the railway station. The reception is very friendly and helpful. The room size is spacious and tidy.

Hotel is very clean and not too far away from train station. Simple breakfast is provided. The staff not only cleans the table but also wipe the seat after a guest leaves. Of course, a different cloth is used to wipe the table and chair.

地點吳算近吳算遠，沒有酒店巴士服務，早餐簡單但咖哩飯好食。可以吳洗帶沖涼洗頭洗面爽膚水需霜等，因為酒店提供DHC產品。

推著行李走到飯店門口時，服務人員已經等候我們多時，立刻幫我們開門，CHICK IN時說明詳盡，連附近便利商店營業到幾點都告知，而且態度非常好。到晚上9點前餐廳都有迎賓點心，提供飲料、餅乾等。早餐很簡單，只有生菜、麵包、香腸跟咖哩飯，但都很好吃，餐廳管理人員在大家用餐時一直沒閒下來，隨時查看食材是否有缺，會立刻補上，也會立刻收拾用過的桌子，維持整個餐廳乾淨，其他工作人員看到桌子上有髒汙，也會幫忙整理。整個飯店給人感覺很溫馨，旅館整棟都禁菸，沒有菸味很舒服，房間寬敞乾淨，下次有機會來輕井澤一定要再住。
