Love the nature onsen, the hotel style is the western Japanese style, very clean and tidy! The room is big!

紅葉季非常美的法式酒店，客房錯落有致地分佈在山上。這次住在本館，房間很大且精緻，服務人員很專業、彬彬有禮，早餐在法餐廳，食物豐富、新鮮、美味。可惜幾晚都沒有訂到晚上的法餐，下次再試。

環境超好，温泉推薦，法餐味道在線，服務也非常棒，下次還會選擇的酒店

輕井澤當地最好的住宿選擇之一了，房間面積在日本來説是個很大的了，配套設施設備也不錯，以後再去還會考慮入住。

一個人的出行，酒店位於山上，設施很全，服務很好，有接駁車接送，温泉有兩個，一個是二十四小時，很人性化

各方面都很滿意！酒店有班車從輕井澤車站接送，就是價格貴（輕井澤的酒店價格都貴）

復古氣質，安靜舒適，服務很很很好，吃喝娛樂價格都合理 有接送車來回輕井澤站 一個想再來住很多次的酒店

環境優美，景色很棒，房間比較大，各方面性價比很不錯，還常能看到在酒店宴會廳辦婚禮的新人，很幸福的感覺。早餐種類不算太多，相環境不算出彩。

The hotel was very beautiful (very old school style) but we knew that when booking so we were not surprised. Beautiful onsen to sit and relax in as well as a rotenburo (outside bath) and dinner was just fantastic. The beds were also very comfortable and in the morning we saw a deer outside our window. Breakfast was very good - there was lots of range of foods to eat and everything looked very fresh except the scrambled eggs were very runny and looked like powdered eggs : (Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back.

This hotel blends tradition and new. Rooms are clean spacious and comfortable. Great location as it’s walking distance to shopping, a Catholic Church, restaurants and even a huge outlet! Would definitely recommend if you want to get out of Tokyo for some R&R! They offer great traditional spa too!
