Where to start?...everything about this place is simply fantastic, the staff excel in every area, cleaning, reception, the bars and restaurants. You are always met with a smiling face and served to a very high standard every time. The location: literally a 5-10 min journey from the airport, you'll be the first drop off if on a package deal but the last pick up on way home (would arrange own transfer on return journey next time for speed) The hotel: fantastic, well planted grounds, stunning architectural design in every aspect, the main reception area, indoor bar and restaurant have a very high end luxury feel and are kept spotless at all times. As are the pool and outdoor sitting areas and the snack/ drinks bar where you can order cocktails and food to your sun lounger during the day (next level), service is always speedy as well. The rooms: we had a swim up room on the West side of the building and would highly recommend this side as you get the Sun all afternoon, it's like a wee Sun trap and being able to cool off in pool is again next level (although in early May the water temperature was a bit Baltic in all the pools) but could still have a dip now and then. The quality and attention to detail in the decor is superb, solid oak finishes, numerous mood lighting options, very modern shower/bathroom area, exceptionally comfy bed with a pillow menu option, lots of storage options, good light and sound proofing as well, you would never know your so close to the airport! The food: outstanding range and quality of dishes for all inclusive, at all meal times there is a lot to choose from, the fact you can get a bottle of wine with your meal adds a quality dining factor as well, staff are always at hand replenishing food, setting tables and serving drinks. The a la carte restaurant was excellent, felt that you were dining out at a top restaurant, all Greek dishes and lots on offer, staff here again help make it a special experience and we saved it for our Anniversary night meal and were so glad we did. The entertainment: we stayed a week and had 3 nights of live entertainment, Greek musicians and dancers one night who were top class and created a great atmosphere, quality female jazz/easy listening singer and keyboardist on another night, again created a nice relaxed vibe and on another night we had 2 guys playing folk/rock acoustic music who were top quality, on the other nights there's a DJ playing chilled house/80's mixes who created the perfect relaxing atmosphere, especially outside next to the firepits. Can't think of any negatives from our stay at all, other than possibly hiring a few more bar staff, as the same people seem to put in some shifts and a few more servers would lighten their load and speed up service. There's not many sunbeds at the pool so you'll need to be early to bag one but if not you'll definitely get one on the beach. Some music around the pool and beach during the day would create a nice atmosphere, it can feel a bit quiet.T

Absolutely spectacular holiday with friends. With some of the group getting an upgrade to the villas, this made for an extraordinarily special experience with the group, particularly as the weather was pretty dire the first day or so until it warmed back up! The service throughout including the welcome, the bars and the overall team (with particular mention to the porter whose name I missed, and guest relations Alexandra Stuck), was at the highest level. Food at breakfast was good and varied, the lunch option from the bar was quality and dinner in both the main restaurant and a la carte was very good. I did lose my ring whilst I was on site, so if anyone comes across a chunky, multi-banded/platinum and diamond ring it's mine! The hotel were really kind in helping to look for this too, but no joy in finding. Overall a fantastic break with friends, would very much recommend.

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! As soon as you arrive the team greet you with a massive smile and ask to take your bags so you can relax while checking in. I feel like we’ve had the most memorable experience of our life and are currently living a dream all because of one amazing lady, Alexandra! , after arriving to the hotel we were greeted by Alexandra who I believe is the guest ambassador. We had been emailing about celebrating our honeymoon and Alexandra was helping to make it special (though we didn’t know what it was) - we arrived to the hotel and Alexandra said she had a surprise for us, she sat us down and said we could have an upgrade on the room OR a room at their sister hotel Pnoe (2 minutes up the road) which we would still be all inclusive, at first we were not sure but she had organised a driver from Pnoe to pick us up and take us there fo view a room and it was PHENOMENAL! Like a dream, with our own pool and our own terrace. The location of the room couldn’t have been better and to think Alexandra organised this for us complimentary because she knew how special this holiday was for us, I actually left with happy tears as it’s the nicest thing anyone has ever done. We put all of our money into our honeymoon and Alexandra just went that extra bit further to make it so special, we are forever so grateful. I can only describe her as a fairy godmother, a dream maker and an all round amazing person. We will never forget this experience ❤️ Also, when we got to Pnoe Alexandra and the team had organised petals on the bed, a fruit platter and a bottle of Prosecco for the room. The hotel overall was clean and efficient and a great operation is running. Staff very kind and attentive!!! We had the all inclusive plan, and they think about everything so it will be most comfortable and convenient to their guests. You can even order food and drinks to the sunbed through the app! Everything was great except for some issues with the massages at the spa. Also wish they were warming the pool and providing more entertainment options for every evening. Very recommended!!

This Hotel is Fantastic, Superb Facilities, Superb Food and Absolutely Fantastic friendly Helpful Staff. I would like to mention the two ladies in the Spa for a wonderful Spa day. We are now trying to book for August.

Since our arrival on the 30th of August, we were treated with a delicious and refreshing beverage created by Manos, who made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay with a very nice surprise! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. The food at the "a la carte" restaurant was very good! We want to give a special thanks to Manos, who made our stay unforgetable!
