Everything is excellent. Our family had a great time while staying at hotel. Comfortable, happy, clean. thank you. I will visit again when I have a chance.

It has been one of the best hotel I have ever been to. The staffs are super friendly, lovely and supportive. The location of this hotel is really good, super close to Metro and many landmarks and market. The big big plus of this hotel is that they even give you all the things include minibar for free. You could do party at your own room.

Perfect location in the center of Karlsruhe close to shopping,restaurants and the castle. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Free minibar.

安靜，乾淨，有停車位，位置絕佳，服務人員總體都很友善

離皇宮很近，出行方便。前台人員非常熱情，酒店有停車場停車方便，房間較小但是比較齊全。夏天入住建議把空調打開，有炒飯和肉丸子

離景點近，房間不大，沒帶轉換電源

位置優秀，交通方便，房間乾淨，早餐很豐富
