I recommend this hotel with confidence.starting from food, staff, accommodation.everything impeccable. Lots and diversified food,a wide variety of sweets,drink at discretion at any time of the day.beach just 3 minutes from the hotel.swimming pool and aqua park for children.everything you want from a 5 star hotel.very friendly staff, everyone works with gloves and clean,attentive to any detail.We was with a baby of 1 year and a half, Diversified baby food, baby stool. Really nice pool areas very friendly staff, would recommend, food was spot on no problems at all. Staff were great and looked after everyone during the stay.. stayed here for nine nights and had no issues at all, service for dinner was fantastic

A totally honest review, I want to start of by saying this is an amazing hotel. It is very clean everywhere you go, the room are cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and fresh towels. The entertainment is great for families. I would suggest that they change the day time entertainment up abit as it is the same everyday. The pool music can be very inappropriate for young children with music with lots of swearing and inappropriate words, like songs about r*pe. The staff are AMAZING!!!! We loved everyone!!!!! And so sad to leave them! Shout out to the lifeguards who are truly the best and looked after my children. So friendly. The entertainment team work really hard. And a massive shout out to the two ladies that run the kids club, beautiful lovely kind Caring ladies. Unfortunately management of the hotel are so RUDE!!!!! They don’t smile, they don’t want to help you. They are ignorant and just don’t care at all! This massively lets the hotel down. Especially when the other staff work so hard! Management need to take a look at how they behave and treat their guests. The food is nice but it is a little bit repetitive which is like most all inclusive hotels. Overall we had an amazing stay. The pool side is very very slippery and becomes unsafe, I would suggest buying swim shoes for everyone because we seen so many injuries and ambulances being called out. (Don’t forget your travel insurance) just for an ambulance it’s €500 then treatment costs on top! The only reason we probably won’t visit the hotel again is the travel time from the airport to the hotel. It took 3 hours from the airport in private transfers. And after a 4 hour flight with children it’s really tiring. Also if you are wanting to go on walks and visit bars and shops be prepared there is nothing local so you will need to get a taxi into Alanya town if that’s what you are wanting to do. We loved the stay though so please don’t let this downfalls put you off: if you are going to visit this resort you will have the best holiday.

Lovely staff can't do enough for you!! Defiantly would recommend coming to this hotel. Very clean and tidy and great service. The pools are very good for kids as they have water slides. Very family friendly and defo would come back here. 24 hr bar also

Perfect Hospitality, amazing Food served all day & having 3 different pools is the icing on the cake, Spa & Gym were great, all in all 10 stars for staff & their professionalism. Great for families, Reception staff very really helpful with the queries, Special Thanks to Merjen , Irem ,Tunahan, Hatice and Musa. Recommend this to all.

As soon as I came to the hotel I was amazed staff were so friendly they helped us with everything we had everything we needed we needed an extra bed we got that for free food is amazing pools are amazing so are the rooms no complaints about the hotel highly recommend for children

Absolutely beautiful resort, everyone is welcoming and warm. The food is excellent standard you really get what you pay for with this hotel. You can get food and drinks over by the pools too and the entertainment is excellent. Theres always something new every night. I would recommend staying here

Lovely hotel and very clean. Staff friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Your normal rubbish fully inclusive drinks apart from the beer and the sparkling wine. When we all booked they said there was entertainment,well I’ve had more fun watching a party political broadcast. The transfer was 3 1/2 hours from Antalya airport so be warned and can cost up to £140 euros by cab if no transfers pre booked. Small walk to private beach with water sports and bar ,sun lounges etc.
