Good location & Friendly staff
The hotel is quite well-located. It's close to the city center but far enough from the hustle and bustle. The breakfast is significantly better than the average. The staff is friendly. The facility is a bit outdated and needs renovation.

Good hotel but needs tweaking
The hotel overall was good. I would have given a 5 star but for a few things. The room was not cleaned nor beds made the second to last day of our stay; nor did we put up a“do not disturb” sign for them not to. Nor were our towels replenished every day. We had to ask for some.
There were no written instructions on how to use their safe. We spent an hour trying to figure it out. Their ice machine was broken.
We had some issues with ants as well.
The staff was kind and friendly and the hotel was clean.

The location of the hotel is süper, customer relations are great, but it is sad to find out at the door of the hotel that you booked because it has a spa that the spa is not working. Also, it happened to us that the hot water was not working, I believe they will fix it.
