酒店建在山裡，但開車去麥瑞特賭場也衹需要5分鐘就到了。房間類似於別墅隔成的標間或套房，露天游泳池很大很不錯，環境非常好，像一個小型莊園。

Disappointed with this hotel..Read the positive reviews before booking but am sceptical about those opinions . The hotel is a maze …The toilet was leaking but there was no response when dialling reception…Had to go to reception and eventually someone came up…Food was bland and repetitive…The rooms are very, very dated….had to pay for drinks separately and could not add them to my room bill.. Without a car there is nowhere of interest to walk to. The restaurant was also dated with cats walking across the floor..On the positive the pools are good and the staff are pleasant

this is a cheaper option for a reason, when we got there we were 'welcomed' by the receptionist who seemed like she just didn't want to be there but nonetheless we kept positive. Room was clean but the bathroom looks old and had a weird smell to it, pools are not bad as well and the view is nice. for our dinner we had the buffet which was not too bad, desserts weren't great. later that evening we needed a towel and a iron and called the reception and they said they can't help as the housekeeping went home, they didn't even bother to help and were very unprofessional. Later that night we wanted to go out and we kindly asked the receptionist if she knows a taxi number and from the get go she didn't even acknowledge us and then said that its not her job to find taxis, so we asked her nicely if she could just give us a contact and we will sort it out. She then showed us a number on her phone and we couldn't see it very well, so asked if she could bring it closer and she went "the number is there can't you see" in a rude way and we said to her we just asked and she was going off saying how its not her problem, we should find our own. we walked off and told her she was rude, next morning we left thank god and never will go back.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed and pricey on top of that. Double room for 100 eur with no breakfast included. But that was not the worst thing. The whole hotel is very dirty, cockroaches everywhere and in the rooms and terrace smells like sewerage. The showers and furniture in the rooms are broken. Staff are also very rude. Never comming back

I came late at night about 3 am to spend somewhat a few hours to sleep before going back home. Room 249, the shower faucet handle was constantly falling off, all the metal parts in the shower were moldy. And after just 5 hours of sleep I got bitten by fleas all over my hands and legs - they need to change the mattress really badly. Will never return. The pictures look very misleading

The hotel needs renovation, the doors were very difficult to close, we had cold water for two days, we called the reception a few times but no one came, you have to call a hundred times for the same reason, I think the breakfast was the same every day, nothing different, and the dinner was repeated every day for several days, we ate the same food, nothing different. Housekeeping ladies was friendly the was cleaning room every day, room was so cle6one plus for that,nature was beautiful outside yard was cleanand beautifulflowers, nice view from the big pool, enough sunbeds, there was a bar by the big pool which was never open during my stay, instead the music was on, the pool area is nice and clean, the staff always cleaned the bottles and glasses on time, as for the bar staff, they are friendly And they always helped us to take our orders to the pool side, the young girl and guy at the bar was very friendly and funny, it was nice to interact with them, they were all from different countries,Bar they had a very poor selection, the drinks ran out very quickly at the bar.
