這是一家美麗，熱情，暖心的度假村。我們住在高山上，晝夜温差很大。孩子們吃晚餐的時候都穿起了長袖。這是我們頭一次入住帶有烤火爐的酒店，在我們吃晚餐的時候，服務員就來詢問我們的起居室和主卧需不需要都先啟用烤爐暖一下房間。孩子們要準備睡覺的時候，打開被窩，竟然每一個被窩裡都放了熱水袋，暖暖地，很舒服，把我們大家的❤️都暖化了[旺柴][呲牙]然後還有一個讓我們感動的地方，當選擇飯後甜點的時候，我和服務員交代我們冰淇淋就要香草口味的，他和我説但他們衹有一款混合型的，一球香草一球草莓，我説沒事那就這樣吧。當端上來的時候，他幫我們都換成了兩球都是香草的[呲牙]因為他知道我們全家都喜歡吃香草味的冰淇淋，並且，在這裏你一定要嘗試這款香草味的冰淇淋，真的太好吃了[呲牙]

Super luxurious hotel with breathtaking views from all the rooms. Rooms are enormous and everything is designed to detail. The working fireplace makes the room so cosy. Hearty breakfast whilst enjoying the lovely surroundings and peaceful nature. Very dedicated and professional staff. 10 on 10....

What a beautiful, relaxing luxury lodge this is. This is a perfect stay if you are going to the crater. The service staff are so warm and friendly! The food is delicious. Our rooms were kept warm and clean and so comfortable! Thank you to everyone involved with Neptune!

We had the perfect stay here, we travelled for our honeymoon and on the night we stayed it was my husbands birthday also. Not only did they go out of their way to make our honeymoon special, they did the same to celebrate his birthday. The view from the huge balcony is incredible and we would definitely recommend a stay here!

Stayed here with our tour group, staff were friendly, rooms were large and clean. Stayed for two nights, our meals were great, lunch boxes were fresh and tasty. Staff sang, danced and baked a cake for members of our group who celebrated their birthday. Had an issue with our laundry not being returned when they said it would be but was sorted in the end. Not far from the entry gate to ngorongoro crater reserve so we were one of the first through in the morning, which is good as it does get quite busy.

When we arrived at Neptune Luxury Lodge it was like a dream.🤩 All the facilities were absolutely stunning and the staff were incredible and very professional. They were so aware of pleasing their guests and making sure that there was nothing to complain about, every guest had a wonderful time.❤️ We had a waitress called Ester and she made sure that we had a wonderful time. She is so sweet and helpful.❤️ We are very pleased for everything. Even the chef was brilliant and the food was very delicious. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity.

We had the best at Neptune. The food, service and the rooms were incredible! The chef really accommodated our vegetarian diet and made sure we had an array of options to choose from. The rooms were truly one of a kind! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back!

This lodge is absolutely spectacular! This may just be one of the nicest accommodations I’ve ever stayed in anywhere. The lodge itself is situated within an amazing natural reserve with access to the wildlife and breathtaking scenery. It is also a short drive to the famous crater. Our room was exquisite…extremely spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean and has every amenity you could want and need. The hot water bottles with turn down service is a nice touch and they will even come and light the fireplace in the bedroom if you want. The shower is enormous with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The views from the spacious balcony is lovely. The hospitality from the entire staff was outstanding…everyone was so cordial and kind. The international cuisine in their onsite restaurant was fabulous… we had the best veggie spring rolls appetizer I’ve ever eaten anywhere. It’s a shame we only had 1 night here as this place is very special. I can’t recommend this lodge enough.
