Stayed with them for eight nights, a nice cosy stay,great location, humble and mannered people who run this place,Mansoor & Family. Special mention to Ubaid,who was just a call away.. Will recommend to anyone who has plans to stay long in Srinagar.

We stayed here as a group of 4 friends. The rooms were spacious, warm and super comfortable. Hot water is available 24*7. Beds are quite big and the staff were really friendly. The best part is the view of the lake and the balcony outside the rooms. 100% would recommend ch-achoo palace to everyone visiting srinagar!

I wasn't able to reach it due to traffic police restriction, i conveyed him to postpone the date, but the property owner denied it. I asked for cash return, for that also the owner denied. So very bad experience.

The place is quiet. Rooms and furniture are clean and well kept. They maintain the freshness of the room and its surrounding. It has an great view overlooking the lake. The food is awesome too, fresh home made food. Would love to go back anytime. I would recommend people to check it out and experience the same.
