I like the hot spring outdoor and indoor. But I just wonder why such big hotel did not provide toothbrush kit. This make me just give 4 stars instead of 5 stars. You can see hot air balloon from the hotel in the morning but far. Hot spring closed at 10pm. You must bring swimming cap.

our room was a triple room, but it's not too wide. The room is quite comfortable even though it is a bit dim. There is a balcony overlooking the garden. TV sizes are also standard. Mineral water is provided 3. The coffee water heater is also there. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Unfortunately, the clear hot water in our room didn't function properly. There is a hot water tap (golden color) which looks like it comes from the Pamukalle Hot springs but when you open it it's a bit dirty. In the end, I took a shower with water that was a bit dirty, it was better not to be clean than to get cold Hotel facilities include a cold water swimming pool, hot water pool, mud pool. That night we had dinner, at 20.45 the belly dance show just started. The dinner menu is various very sweet cakes, salad, nuts, bread, tomato soup, spring roll, spinach, fried fish, kebab meat (this one is delicious), chicken, roasted potatoes, minced meat, rice, rice. fry. Breakfast menu: Bread, salad, olives, cold cuts, cheese, fruit, soup, cereal, wafers, sausages, cauliflower, potatoes, tomato eggs, boiled eggs, porridge. Overall Good facilities but room can be better

We visited this hotel as day guests as part of a tour group excursion. The day we visited, most of the visitors at the hotel were part of tour groups doing excursions. The visit consisted of a buffet lunch and then use of the pools. The selection of food at lunch was good and the food was very tasty. The buffet lunch, however, doesn't include drinks, not even water (soft drinks were reasonably priced, but beer was expensive). The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. After lunch, it was off to the pools, and they looked amazing. Wearing a swimming cap is compulsory before entering the pools, but these can be purchased for €1 at the Wellness Centre, where you can also collect a key if you want to use the lockers. It's at this point that the visit went downhill. The changing rooms are an absolute disgrace. They are unclean, there was stray hairs all over the floor, the lockers were wonky (mine wouldn't open on return from the pools, and a handyman had to be called to get it opened), the space itself is absolutely tiny so can't accommodate the volume of visitors, and there's not really any privacy to change as, weirdly, the curtains pull across the locker space, so if someone does want privacy to change, people then can't access the lockers. The indoor pool and the lower thermal pool were pleasant enough. However, the upper thermal pool with mud in the bottom had bits of rubbish in amongst the mud. Did consider giving a higher starred review given the lunch was good, but the entire point of the visit is to enjoy the thermal pools, and this element of the visit was poor.

A very good hotel with good widely spread buffet lunch and dinner will go there again when we go to Pamukale. thermal pool is really good a swim in this thermal spa is worth and must rooms are very comfortable and clean staffs very good all don't speak English

First off, the room was super tiny. I am 5’3 and the bed barely fit me. The room was also way too hot in November. The food was just okay, not impressed by it. The hot spring not that hot, do also be very careful when renting the bathrobe and doing the foot massage, different people get different prices for the same service.
