We didn't stay at this hotel due to dirty room and dirty bed sheets. We asked for refund immediately but they denied. That was my horrible experience. I would never recommend to book this hotel.

I was booked that hotel and when i entree they dont have receptionist they dont have towel they dint have brush soup and toothpaste in room and alot mosquito there ac was running all night i try to off it but i wasnt i never had that kind of experience in kapurthala with hotels

I stayed in room no. 203 which was clean and well lit. But basic mineral water and morning tea should be added with the price tariff.

Hey, i took a semi deluxe room in the hotel. But they have 3 variety of rooms. One is semi deluxe deluxe and super deluxe. All 3 are almost price same. When you book on makemytrip so you need to be careful while booking the right room. I have faced some problem in the semi deluxe room. There was some problem in the washroom. Then they changed me to another room which was also not cool. So i paid them 500 extra to get *****. Deluxe auto super deluxe room. So it was an average experience. They don't serve mineral water in the hotel. But they are centrally located so it is good for a nitro tdo. 3. 3

Well connected to all modes of transport however the ammenities shall be more advanced. Also, the hygiene needs to be more advanced.
