The room was very clean. The service staff and cleaning staff were very friendly. This morning we encountered an earthquake in Chiayi. We could feel the shaking clearly on the 7th floor. I heard people talking on the intercom. The service staff on the higher floors immediately stopped the guests from using the elevator after noticing the earthquake. Crisis management is top notch 👍 The only downside is that the indoor slippers are old leather and not disposable, which is a bit scary. Everything else is good

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.

Spacious room and good housekeeping. I chose a room with window so have good day light, can see the Main Street and watch the Tai wan style traffic xD. Bed is comfy and shower was great. Air conditioning was good but a bit loud. Staff are helpful and friendly. There’s complementary snacks every day for guests at the lobby too. Very thoughtful.

I'm going to add this to my other reviews on the last review I said there was no where to hang clothes having stayed there for five nights one the fourth night I found a concealed wardrobe behind the mirror so the room does have everything . Wonderful hotel with amenities I haven't seen in a hotel before like free washer and dryer plus the washing powder iron and board . Free tea/coffee munchies and a variety of ice-cream no wonder I left fatter than I arrived. Staff are wonderful super clean and good location. The breakfast spread is lovely but not too much for a western but all in all nothing really to gripe about.. Enjoy your stay I did. .Rich 😎

My recent stay at TAI Urban Resort was absolutely delightful. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff, especially the floor attendants, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hotel's surroundings were also beautiful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend TAI Urban Resort to anyone visiting Taiwan and will certainly be staying there again on my next trip.

The location is good and convenient to travel about. It is about 3 minutes walk and Louisa Coffee is just opposite the hotel which is on the way to the MRT station.

The room is big and the pillows are quite comfortable, but the air-conditioning seems to be central air-conditioning. It is always 24 degrees no matter how you adjust it. Breakfast is a Dandan burger, corn soup and a cup of milk tea.

The note for the reservation from Trip is that it is a transfer order, so the hotel will not receive it. It was originally stated that rooms on high floors should be ventilated. Maybe because Sanduo Hotel is a bit older, the air conditioning system still has a musty smell. There are relatively few breakfast options. Later, I met a friend and after chatting, I found that he ordered it at ********** for a cheaper price. I shouldn’t consider Sanduoguan anymore!

The service staff was very polite. When giving the room card, they asked if I needed instant noodles and porridge or mixed breakfast the next day. These two things are already worth it. Super strong and cold air conditioning The hot water is very hot and comfortable There are canned drinks in the refrigerator The overall CP is very high and worth staying
