Hotel dekat Kaohsiung Wenhua Center, Kaohsiung

The hotel is conveniently located about 10mins walking distance to Sinyi Elementary School Station. The hotel lobby is kinda grand but as its a hotel with long history, lacks abit lustre. my room is on the 15th floor. spacious room with shower and bathtub, big window with good view.. room doesnt come with an international wall socket (only tw 2 flat pin) so remember to bring along the travel adapter, otherwise will have to ask the hotel for one. hotel breakfast is decent.. many beverages to choose from.. overall is ok but the room's aircon is super cold and no matter how i adjust the temp and fan mode it doesn't help.. i had to sleep with the aircon off and hid under the duvet whole night..

It is a business hotel with a long history. It is nearby the Kaohsiung Cultural Center, Sanyu Bookstore, and the famous online beauty check-in store. It is also convenient for late night snacks and drinks. The most important thing is that it is quite close to the MRT station. On the day of check-in, there were corporate tourists checking in, and the lobby was very lively. Although the room has a sense of age, there is no unpleasant musty smell when you live in it. Hotels are organized into group operations, with many locations throughout the city, making them suitable for short-term business travelers with limited budgets.

It is extremely close to the Xinxi Elementary School MRT station and the location is fantastic!!The hotel is relatively new and the facilities are all new and good.It doesn't provide complementary breakfast but it's easy to find a place to eat.

The biggest highlight of the room is the massage chair, equipped with necessary toiletries, mineral water, coffee bags and tea bags, bathtub, and clean hardware facilities, except for two small spiders on the ceiling. There is a new Chaoshan [Shanhuangniu] warm beef hotpot restaurant nearby that is delicious. It is conveniently located about 8 minutes’ walk from the Orange Line MRT station, but there is not much to visit around here. Check-in time at 4pm was a bit late, and check-out time at 11am was a bit early, so it was only 19 hours. The room was still dehumidifying when we checked in. When the male staff came to take back the machine, he opened the door without knocking first, which was very abrupt. It would have been very embarrassing if we were changing clothes. When we returned from eating hotpot in the evening, there was no one at the counter and we went directly into the elevator, which was also inappropriate. The safety and details need to be strengthened. The hardware is worth the money

A commendable job indeed!

The front desk staff are very nice, the breakfast is good, the room service staff are very kind, and the room is very clean. I will stay here again if I come to Kaohsiung again☺️

The hotel provides free parking spaces. The bed and bathroom were clean and the lights were bright. It made people feel at ease as soon as they checked in. It was the best night's rest in the entire self-driving trip. There are many restaurant options nearby, really five-star satisfaction!

There are enough toilets and bathrooms on each floor, but the social area happened to be a meeting of a university team and was very noisy. The overall accommodation experience was good and I will choose this accommodation again next time.

It's more than a 10-minute walk from the subway station, but there are convenience stores and food stalls next door, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. It's not luxurious, but it has the bare necessities, and there's even a refrigerator. I was a little worried about the sound of the wind blowing through the building at night.

It was first bad hotel experience booking thru trip.com. Traveled with 2 kids under 13. We drove to Kaoshiung from Taipei. Arrived late night. There's no parking lot provided but have to park somewhere 3 walk at a opposite the hotel. Paid TWD100 per entry on the following day before leaving. The hotel looks good at the public areas, except our room. We were given a room at 6th floor. It looks like under construction and no other guests were staying on that floor. If we were not 4 together, I dare not stay alone. What was disappointed was the room is very very old. Everything old style. The carpet is dirty. We have to wear the paper slippers (the worst hotel slipperstgat I had ever seen) to walk on the carpet. We tried to push a bed to the side to the wall, but the floor under the bed is very dirty, even found a plastic slipper (not a pair). We guessed it was left by the previous guest and the room was not totally cleaned. We quickly put the bed back. The shower pipe also not very well working and weak power water. Quite disappointed. 2 Good points: 1. The hotel is near to the night market: It's just 3~5 mins walk from hotel. 2. The breakfast was quite good.
