Room filled with cigarette smell, every breath I took gave me a headache I had to buy a room spray to save my trip, I suggest if the cleaner found it smelly they should spray the room before letting other customers in Also I booked 2 nights but the receptionist called me in morning after the first night to check out before noon without listening to anything I needed to call back to explain, not sure how their booking system works

The equipment seems old, but the cleanliness is acceptable, the service staff is good

The setting is relatively old, and there is a large renovation of the room next to it. From 9 o'clock in the morning, the floor became noisy due to the renovation, so we couldn't rest in our room. After booking a room for two nights, the staff reminded us the next morning that we had to leave before 11 o'clock because they had made a mistake in the internal information and did not know that we paid for two nights. The hotel is far away from the MRT, so you need to take a bus to get there.
