Ulasan Hua Xiang Hotel - Zuoying

Great location for touring around the lake with beautiful temples by a free bicycle. Nice snacks and drinks whole day in the lobby

Our experience was generally nice, the food was good, the place was comfortable and clean, the staff were helpful and kind. Me and my friend were generally happy with our stay there.

In addition to the bathroom Everything else is fine Although it is a little far from the city, it takes less than 10 minutes to drive to Ruifeng Night Market. There are 3 parking spaces at the door. Although we didn't park there, the hotel will refund us the parking fee in front of the hotel. This is also very considerate Good breakfast Coffee tastes great with unsweetened soy milk! Hope to stay again if you have the chance!

There is a rest area in the lobby on the first floor, and drinks, cookies, and ice cream are provided for free. Free parking is available at the gate. It is great and convenient. It is a good place to stay during my second visit.

The room size is moderate, the environment is clean, the hotel is in a good location, the breakfast dishes are ordinary but taste good, ice cream and drinks are provided in the public space on the first floor, overall it is not bad.

The guy at the front desk was kind and funny! I'm grateful that he received my mail properly. I'd like to stay here again. It was great that breakfast was included!

The overall service at the hotel was terrible. The room I was given when I first checked in was a room that had been used but had not been tidied up. It was very scary and I thought I had entered someone else's room. The service staff excused it as a system failure and the hotel room was being tidied. They couldn't confirm such clear facts, so they just gave me a room at random. I felt very uncomfortable.  There is a coffee machine, popcorn, and biscuits in the lobby on the first floor. The breakfast is terrible. 

On the second day of my stay, when I lost my passport, they took my ID photo, accompanied me to the police station and spoke to me in Chinese, confirmed the documents in Chinese to issue a travel document for my return home, and arranged the location of the Kaohsiung office of the Japan Taiwan Exchange Association and a taxi. The staff provided me with all the information, and I was able to move quickly, so I was able to return home on the scheduled flight without any problems! I love Taiwan even more now! Thank you so much.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Kaohsiung. The Dragon and Tiger Towers can be reached on foot from the hotel, but the nearest station (Zuoying Station) is far away, so a taxi is necessary. The receptionist was very kind and spoke Japanese. There is also a wide selection of ice cream, popcorn, drinks, etc. in the lounge.

People should be checked in at the check-in time, instead of waiting for the room to be ready. I waited for half an hour... The elevator was really blind, and I happened to meet a long line of tour groups. You can't get into the elevator and can only take the stairs. During breakfast time, the place was occupied by tour groups and there was no seat. I think there will be no next time for this hotel 😮💨

I was very happy to find a room during the Chinese New Year. Although the room was old, the bath water was very strong and the bath was very comfortable. There are free snacks on the first floor and we enjoyed them very much.

Overall not bad! The self-service bar downstairs is very considerate The cookies are delicious! The room is pretty clean overall! The water pressure is good and the bath is very comfortable! Breakfast was basic but ok! !
