Ulasan HUB HOTEL KAOHSIUNG Yisin Branch

Had everything I needed for a short stay in Kaohsiung. The hotel was very clean and my room, as well as the breakfast hall had a great view. The location is not too central, however you can reach the metro within a 10 minute walk. Overall for the price it’s a really good accommodation, I’d come again in the future!

The place is ok. The staff is just ok, I can't say they are too good either. They have a non-sense pedantic rule that you must collect your dishes and put them in a tray place. I felt like I am in McDonalds or in a trashy human factory. Meanwhile the staff are sitting doing nothing. As a guest, when I go to a hotel I want to relax, I have enough with tidying up and cleaning things at home, the least thing I want at a hotel is doing the same. Breakfast itself is ok but milk tea is EXTREMELY sweet and no milk tea option without sugar so if you do not wanna get diabetes type B you won't be able to enjoy breakfast. The rest is mostly very high carbs suggary or fried fatty stuff except a small salad buffet and scrambled eggs. There was no coffee during my stay as coffee machine was broken so cannot rate it. Checkin should be conveniently done with a kiosk downstairs but when I came it was broken too. The place feels comfortable and private. Water has only BOILING HOT water. So it does not have a mixer so you can shower for the first minute, then water is boiling super hot and there is no way to mix it up with cold water or make temperature cold down. It is funny cause travelling around the world I found some countries where it is difficult to get hot water but first time in my life finding a hotel where it is difficult to get cold water. Location is just ok, it is a bit far from MRT but most staff is nearby.

Breakfast is really good room is comfy, will back again in the future.

離地鐵站小遠，而且一路上沒有遮蔽，非常曬，建議機場的話直接打車來。 隨後突然被升級有一點開心。但是聞到衣櫃奇怪的味道我怎麼都開心不起來。給我兩張房卡確實很方便。4米的距離安排一個55寸電視以及廁所的智能馬桶讓我覺得確實很驚訝。但很可惜電視喇叭壞了 高音刺耳。其他的還行，含早餐，雖然選擇不多 但是管飽。前台很耐心解答我每一個旅客的疑惑問題。

樓下自助進房有跟沒有一樣查不到訂單號碼試了好幾次，也沒有公告說櫃檯在二樓，耗了很多時間在用機器。 後來按服務鈴才知道要上樓。 看起來是舊飯店改建，很多地方都有使用痕跡，整體上看起來漂亮不過那些小瑕疵讓房間感覺不夠乾淨且角落灰塵也很多。 大廳是最乾淨的地方了吧！ 早上吃早餐沒座位一堆人在等候，不過服務人員有一直過來協助也有幫忙找位置。 住宿地點便利走下來隔壁有火鍋店。 退房時等候電梯太久可能連續假期住宿的人太多，等了快20分鐘才有電梯，好不容易到二樓還房卡，服務人員就說可以走安全梯到一樓。 結果又一群人扛著行李走下來😅

旅店很乾淨，是個重新裝潢的旅店，一樓還有自助式消費機制，二樓大廳非常氣派漂亮，還有24小時點心吧很貼心，房間內部空間寬敞又乾淨，浴室乾濕分離很讚！總之我覺得很值得，1000多的價格可以住到這樣的規格很划算！

房間蠻大而且是兩張雙人床很舒適，可惜某些細節有些灰塵，衛浴設備乾濕分離而且有免治馬桶，早餐品項不算多但還可以用餐環境也不錯，以平日價位而言還蠻划算的。

22點才入住，有升級3人房。 但2床，房間很擠 服務人員也立刻幫我換回2人 相對空間感就舒服多了。 空調可以調整，床很舒服 也許是衛浴間簡約沒空間 毛巾衛浴備品在外頭 容易忘記跑出去拿 在走廊聽得見房內的聲音 但這個價錢來說很棒了

這家旅店離我出差工作點非常近，住宿環境衛生非常棒，讓我在忙碌的工作之餘也能享受舒適的住宿環境。還有貼心的幫小朋友準備換洗用品可愛極了。👍

設施：前台大堂就是早餐與閲讀室的位置，有8種菜單項目的咖啡機，含無咖啡因的可可與牛奶，還有餅乾零食與冰激凌，這些24小時都能取用，浴室水量很大，備品齊全（比客房介紹的齊） 衞生：大部分是乾淨的，角落能更乾淨會更好，毛巾架有點銹，這是給潔癖大的人蔘考的，空間味道沒有臭味，床的軟硬度舒適 環境：1樓外有收垃圾的垃圾箱，晚上入口燈光明亮招牌的字也亮比較好找，白天就比較不容易找，離捷運站（地鐵站）近 服務：前台服務温和有禮，介紹詳細，早餐項目不多，中西式都有，有咖啡機我就滿足了，電視有一般頻道和網絡軟件可選，空調可自己調，窗外3公尺就是是別人家，介意的可參考 基本符合我的要求，還算舒適

📌非常乾淨明亮！房間內部也很有設計感，插座和充電孔足夠，電視夠大也可以選擇電影看。 📌2樓大廳有提供24小時的零食、冰淇淋可以吃，並備有飲水機。 📌提供的早餐非常用心，主食、蔬菜、肉類、飲料都好吃，供餐的份量都非常足夠穩定！ 這是一間物超所值的飯店！以後到高雄玩仍然會優先考慮這家，非常推薦。

軟硬體皆在水平以上，服務態度親切，周邊餐飲店家及便利店等具足能夠滿足額外需求，惟一缺點是無自有停車場需自行找車位，整體cp 值高
