I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

Howard Plaza Hotel exudes an aura of cleanliness and tranquility. Every corner is immaculate, reflecting their commitment to hygiene. The environment is serene and inviting, making guests feel at ease. The well-maintained surroundings speak volumes about their attention to detail. Truly, a haven of comfort and cleanliness. A commendable job indeed!

Great view, good location and next to a mall (e-sky mall) with supermarket and food court. Concierge and house keeping staff were the most helpful and friendly. They always had a smile, polite, and eager to help. The worst was executive lounge and front desk, borderline being rude. Their lounge (11/f) collected a birthday cake cutting fee (NT$500), even when we are hotel guest. Front desk reminded me several times of extra charge if late check out. The lobby cafe don’t know what is flat white and had no intention to find out what it is. I reckon their business is too good and don’t care about hospitality.

The location of Kaohsiung City Hotel was a definite highlight. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided easy access to major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation. I appreciated the hotel's proximity to local markets, allowing me to explore the vibrant street food scene and experience the local culture. The rooms at Kaohsiung City Hotel were clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable space to rest after a day of exploration. While the decor was simple and understated, the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room had basic amenities such as a TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.

This was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apartment. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brios Hotel and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel itself exuded a sense of elegance and sophistication, with tastefully decorated rooms that were both cozy and luxurious. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed furnishings. I was particularly impressed by the cleanliness and impeccable upkeep of the entire property. I would highly recommend Brios Hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay and I look forward to returning in the future.

Stayed at H20 Hotel in May 2023. Truly nothing but praises for this hotel - the service was impeccable (a car AND butler service was sent to pick us up from the High speed rail station) and all the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Toilet and shower area was also separate so no flooding issues. Location was also perfect - it was walking distance to the Ruifeng Night Market which has a plethora of street food options. We ate there for three consecutive nights. There's also a sanrio themed convenience store right across from the hotel which made for easy late night snack purchases. Highly recommended

The interior of the room is clean and the location is great. It will be my first choice hotel next time I travel to Kaohsiung. The reception staff had a good attitude and the lobby was clean and tidy. The parking management staff's guidance and service in guiding vehicles to park is excellent.

Location Convenient .. 10 mins from mrt 三多商圈. Sogo department nearby. Take three stop mrt to reach 六合夜市. Hotel rooms Very nice design , we booked 4 pax 2 double bed room . Comfortable bed , with Dyson hair dryer . Hotel reception Service need to improve . Check in deposit , almost charge full room charge although I had made room payment online . I had to remind her again . Check out , counter service unfriendly, talked to us without eye contact .

Only stayed for a nightz the room was very big and spacious. However wasnt very clean. Thought it could do better for that price. Not sure if it was high die to Coldplay 😔 service staff were great and breakfast spread was good too. Please also consider having express check out too! :)
