Mr birla xavier patiently waited for us to check-in late at night and welcomed us with a warm smile and checked us into a clean and nice room. The staff was helpful in answering our queries about the town and transport in the city. Thanks to the professional team of sky-ark hotel!

Ac blankets and towels are dirty and very old. Ac was not working and after 2 hrs they changed room and that was not a family deluxe room which i booked and shown in photos. And they paid for a mineral water bottle also. Very bad experience overall.

After reaching the hotel only that i came to know that booking can be done only for couples or groups not for solo business travelers but it was not mentioned at the time of booking. Very bad experience. They are asking for my family members phone number and calling them and causing unnecessary issues.

Its was memorable and very exciting trip. Once againe i get a chance i’ll visit again this place. And more important the beautiful beaches, unique vivekananda rock memorial, and stunning sunrise and sunset views. Overall awesome trip

It was easy was find the hotel and room was near and clean. Our bus got late and we checked in late night and the process was smooth. Only challenged we find in getting the pure veg restaurants near by for which we have to go to temple area
