Cockroaches found in the room and then they offered another room but in another room as well there were cockroaches. Not happy with the rooms. Very old furnitures and insects issues.

Not worth the money. It's not a peaceful stay. Lot of noises. And moreover all amenities is almost everything is damaged provided. I do not recommend this. Not worth for money

Following things to be corrected or managed to have a better experience for the customers. 1. Proper signage is not available at the main entrance main road. Very difficult to find it. 2. I was waiting for 15 minutes to get my room entry. 3. Very pathetic mobile network issues inside the room, my two numbers were completely dead till check out. 4. Room services were another concern, no sufficient room boys to get the food from the restaurant or other services. The hotel is goodby location and appearance, but it can be corrected.

Rooms, linen was clean. Front desk staff was supportive - allowed us smooth check in and check out. Only issue is that they've only one lift which is always pure occupied by the restaurant guests. Overall a good experience.

The stay was comfortable. However, the hotel staff were not very warm or welcoming. The bathroom taps were loose and when asked for a fix, we were asked to adjust and manage. Laundry facilities were expensive and not available in house. Hotel is actually well built but the staff and team make it a poor choice to make.
