Well behaved staffs and nice stay. Karthik, one of the staffs is well behaved guy and the entire hotel stay is good

Good management good food good hotel good arrangements for travel just sometimes people were lazy and did not pick up trash from room

I had booked a room in which it was clearly mentioned that a water geyser is there in the room. After reaching there when asked they said it is not there for the room i have opted for. When asked for hot water, they refused to arrange the hot water. It became very difficult to take a bath in the cold water. Only the solar water heater is there and water comes from morning 5 am to 10 am only. So if you have checked in to their hotel which is at 12 pm and you are thinking of having a hot bath to relax yourself forget it as it will not be there. Also the room was very poorly lit and the windows and bedsheets were also not that clean. Also when talking to the reception make sure what all things you are asking before booking the room as they will try to find loopholes in what you asked and deny you a few things later. Had a very bad experience and due to these reasons i will not recommend this stay to anyone.

I travel-led solo, room was spacious but no amenities, neither basic toiletries like brush, shampoo, hand towel. We have to manage on our own for the premium price. Location is close to railway station but all other attractions are bit far and need walk.

We booked 2 non ac rooms. Rooms are clean and comfortable. But the hot water is powered by solar. So don't expect hot water at night. The hotel staff is polite even with the language barrier.

The rooms are neat and clean and the hotel staff are very good. Good room service. Although deluxe rooms are are sufficient for 3 members only and hot water is a problem as they depend on solar system. Getting hot water at night after exhausting travelling is a problem in this hotel. That needs to improve. Hotel manager mr. John peter actively made arrangements for us to travel to thiruvananthapuram and rameshwaram (car rides. The hotel is near to all the tourist points and railway station and there's no problem for getting autos as it's on the main road itself. Opt for it if you think u got a reasonable price in make my trip!

Spacious and clean rooms. Staff is courteous and polite. Basic amenities like towel and soap were provided only when asked for. Toiletries not available. Hotel does not have restaurant. Packed breakfast is brought from outside in rooms and is not upto mark. If there is no kitchen and divining facility, they should remove breakfast option for room booking.

There was bad smell in the morning, perhaps from the drain outside. Location is close to tourist attractions but not at a walking distance. Breakfast is not available in the hotel. They get it from outside if booked through makemytrip. Since they get it from outside, it is not as crisp and fresh as it would be if had in a restaurant. They should remove the breakfast option as the hotel does not have a kitchen.

We got a good atmosphere from the hotel. The approach of hotel staffs are very supportive and if we again visit we will opt new cape for stay
