Room was really nice and clean n the view was so refreshing, you can see that from every room cause all the room was designed . All the staff members was polite and really helpful n good thing is they provide free parking also. There food was really yummy !!

It was a great experience in Red orchid. Asif the front desk manager was so assistive and humble. Room was clean and food was also great. Spent one night as I was on my business visit I will surely be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

I had the best experience staying at Red Orchid. The folks there are amazing. The management and the staff members made me feel like I was staying with family and not in a hotel. They were always there to help out, be in the need to arrange transportation or personally attending to my requirements to visit in the city (Thank you Faizan, Shubham, Shalu) . It is very warming to the heart where you meet such wonderful people who genuinely assist and help, much more than just what the job requires. During my stay I fell sick and the attending staff regularly asked after me and were never hesitant to get me medicine or food or whatever was needed. The dining were also very accommodating, and happy to modify food according to my needs. Always with a smile, when I asked them that I feel like having a home cooked meal that is what they provided. I left with the feeling that I stayed with family members. Thank you to all from the bottom of my heart - Shubham, Shalu, Faizan and the entire staff.
