Horrible experience at the Hotel reception. They deducted 6160 in place of 616. When I asked them to reverse it. They misbehaved very badly with me and started abusing also. Highly despicable staff. Planning to take legal action against them.

This property is average property. They do not have any air conditioning in lobby area or corridors. Hotel rooms are below average. Breakfast spread is also average.

I recently stayed at the Royal Cliff Hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. This was supposed to be a relaxing time with my family, but the hotel's unprofessionalism completely ruined it. Firstly, the breakfast was a disaster. At 8 in the morning, the food was cold and unappetizing. They couldn't even manage to make a simple dish like French toast properly. It's unacceptable for a hotel to serve such poor quality food to its guests. The biggest issue was the swimming pool. When we went for a swim, the water was green and there was visible fungus around. This is a serious health hazard and shows a complete lack of maintenance. I even took a picture to show how bad it was. When I complained to the staff, their response was shocking. They were extremely unprofessional and behaved like roadside people, telling me that it was my fault and that "it is what it is." Such an attitude towards customers is disgraceful and unacceptable. Royal Cliff Hotel's lack of professionalism and care has greatly affected what was supposed to be quality time with my family. I will not be returning and I advise others to avoid this place if they value their health and comfort.
