The stay in heart of Kanpur was too good. Staff is very positive n supported all the time to make shifts n adjustment of times. The food n lounge fills the vacuum with the utmost energy to be foody all the way ... I would love to stay in my coming journeys ...

The hotel has nice ambience, absolutely love the vibe of place, The lighting is warm, the seating comfortable, and the space usually buzzing with chatter, staff is friendly and cooperative, ample parking place and food was very scrumptious and offering generous and rich proportions per plate, all in all good place to go for nice meal.

I went to a function at this hotel and was really disappointed. The service was slow and the AC wasn't working, even though it was super hot. We asked the managers, to turn it on. tiwari ji promis alot After taking our money, they didn't care about the guests.they just want good feedback from guest bt how when your services is not that level so sorry guys. The managers, Anand Tiwari and Nikhil, are completely useless. They make promises but don't fulfill them, putting guests in trouble. They have zero accountability. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The service was bad and the whole experience was terrible. Worst hotel, worst service.

My stay was an absolute disaster. *Housekeeping:* Abysmal. Rooms were dirty, beds unmade, and trash not collected on time. - *Services:* Slow and Room service took ages, and requests were often ignored. - *Receptionist Shweta:* Rude and unprofessional. She had the audacity to demand a positive review from me despite the worst service. When I politely declined, she acted like a kid and ask for doing review at a point Unbelievable. The nerve of some people! Asking for reviews when their service is this bad? Get your house in order first, then ask for feedback. *Don't waste your money or time on this hotel.* Look elsewhere for a decent stay.
