One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in India or abroad. Despite giving the hotel over ₹1.5 lakh of business in just 3 days, we faced constant issues. Front Desk & Sales: The Sales Manager (Milind) booked wrong dates even after multiple discussions. The front office staff were arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional. When I asked for a simple proforma invoice, they were clueless. Their body language screamed arrogance instead of hospitality. Basic Courtesy Missing: I requested them well in advance to keep just 2 cartons from our event for a day — something even budget hotels handle easily. First, they promised to arrange it, and at the last moment, denied it with a silly excuse that the cartons “smelled.” Later, the front desk and even the security guard went so far as to harass my female colleagues, stopping them from leaving and demanding an obnoxious amount for a small mark on a bedsheet. Only after threatening to call the police were they allowed to leave. This is completely unacceptable and unsafe. Food & Service Disasters: Across 7 food orders, more than half were botched — even basic salt missing. When we complained about pasta, the chef argued that “every chef has his own style” and we should just accept it. We had a contracted 15% discount on food, but every single time we had to argue and push before they reluctantly applied it. Overall, this hotel runs on ego, arrogance, and poor service, not hospitality. Staff attitude is shocking, professionalism is missing, and the experience is frustrating from check-in to check-out. Compared to other 4-star hotels across India, this one is at the bottom of the barrel. The so-called high ratings here look either paid or forced from travelers — because they do not reflect reality. 👉 Better Alternative: If you are staying in Kanpur, I strongly recommend choosing Landmark Hotel instead. I’ve had a much better experience there — far more professional, courteous, and reliable compared to this hotel. Final Word: Horrible management, unsafe for women, and not worth your money. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Had a comfortable and pleasant stay at Pristine Hotel, Kanpur. The rooms were clean, and the service was prompt and courteous. Special thanks to : Housekeeping by Atul Kumar was excellent – attentive, polite, and ensured everything was perfectly in place. Great job!

Excellent hospitality by vikas . Wonderful relaxing atmosphere and supper food. Will visit more frequent. 🙂 roof top present location. Nice experience enjoyed .
