The Pristine Hotel

Front desk Staff Sheetal & Divya were very cooperative. Had a nice stay as rooms are very spacious and maintained properly. The restaurant also offers wonderful offering with great delectable food. Appreciate Mr Manoj was also very responsive.

We were group of eight , we booked three rooms for one night stay checking 13 February Checkout 14 February. We were on pilgrimage to Kumbh and Ayodhaya. As we had heard that due to Kumbh rush there is unusual negative experience being faced in hotels . This hotel was totally different No such experience. Apprehensively I called hotel before reaching there One Miss Shalini attended my call She totally cleared all my anxiety . She said she is waiting for our party .and asked what else she can do to make our stay comfortable. I just asked her if she can help to arrange transport for Allahabad and Ayodhaya . She gladly replied she will help me out and She did it with help of her colleague Gaurav if I haven’t forgotten his name, Both were at reception desk on our arrival. We were given neat and clean rooms No issues of maintenance. Morning we had breakfast which was combination of English and Local . Meal preparation was good I must say such staff members Shalini specially and Gaurav are assets of any organisation . .

Exceptional stay with fantastic service and spotless rooms! Modern, stylish, and perfectly situated for exploring the city. Quiet, elegant, and full of thoughtful touches—highly recommend. A big shoutout to Divya for friendly and professional attitude.

The entire staff examines the customer by looking at his clothes, who comes to him posing as a customer and tells him so much and starts talking to him about sir and going to a private party.😡😡..........,..............................

Very bad house keeping service and very bad restaurant service. The staff is very slow. They don't even clean the table. The customers have to literally get up from the table without washing bowl tablets. I recommend to prefer landmark or some other good hotel instead of this. Rates are also very high seeing the location and services.

time. I had been to so many places but this is extremely bad experience altogether. The rooms smells like hell and there were ants and cockroaches in the room. The loud music of DJ continued till 3am in the night causing sleepless night. The food price are extremely very very high as compared to their quality. Would never ever suggest anyone to come here and waste their money and expectations. Any other 2 star hotel would probably have better rooms and services as compared to this. I couldn’t find a single point for which I could write a good point about this hotel. Highly disappointed and dis satisfied. Had there been option of negative star then I would have surely given —5 to it.
