"During my stay, there was a minor issue with some loud customers outside the bar, causing a disturbance. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and efficiently, ensuring that the noise level was reduced, and other guests were not further inconvenienced. It's great to see that the establishment takes guest comfort seriously and is proactive in addressing any disruptions."

Overall it was a good experience staying at magnet hotel. The room service was good. The staff didn't take much time to deliver the food. They were friendly.

It was a amazing stay everything is perfect, however a feedback to improve, my check in was at 2pm i reached at 5pm i didn't receive a single call from hotel staff to check on my status, i had already made a complete payment while booking, during my check out i received call one hr prior before my check out

The room was good, with a working ac, comfy bed & pillows, bed lamps in the right place, small but adequate bathroom. Toiletries were not great. Convenient location on the highway, but a little inside; so no noise in the rooms. Good for a one night stop while travelling, as there are no other amenities. Pool and gym will be added shortly, according to the hotel staff. Restaurant was good, the chef was kind enough to make special food for me with my allergens.

Neat, clean, very helpful staffs. Good food at their restaurant. Rooms were well designed. Enormous amount toiletries provided. Little outside of city, but no worries. Ample parking space. Saritha at the front desk kept on taking updates as we were travelling by toad.
