Hotel near to Railway station and local sight seeing within budget. we went for Theyyam and enjoy 2 days stay with good food even we are vegetarians. The Lunch can enjoy for a reasonable charge

Convenient location in the heart of the city, Great food and amenities which included parking in the basement of hotel, good housekeeping, neat spacious room and bathroom with good furniture, curtains, etc.

The room and restaurant was good. The bathroom tiles was very slippery, difficult for elders to use. It is definitely a safety concern the only lift broke down and my parents has to climb 3 floors after waiting for about 1 hr in the reception. The lift was not ready even until next day morning until checkout. The service team was not even apologetic

It was a nice stay in benale international. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean & hygiene. The staff was polite and helpful. The problems are they did not serve north indian food in breakfast like poha, pratha etc. Also there's a connectivity issue as you can't get rikshaw or taxi from the gate of the hotel. You have to walk a km to get it. Overall it's worth staying in benale.

Hotel is kinda old but renovated, breakfast was good, other than that nothing much, not worth the price, and i personally had a bad experience at the restaurant where i ordered something, they messed up served my order i started eating and suddenly one guy just took the food away from me whole i was having saying it's wrong order so yea, apart from that okok place nothing special

The location is great. All staff are very good. The rooms are decent. Bathroom door needs fixing. I had stayed for 2 nights in #207. Breakfast spread is decent. Only housekeeping needs to buckle up. Torn bath towels of different colours and designs are given, which is unexpected. Have shared pics of bath towels so that the senior management realizes the need to infuse one type new bath towels.
