Good hotel to stay in kankavali. Place is convenient just beside goa-mumbai highway. Basic amenities serves the good purpose.

Good clean rooms. I had booked super delux room. This room is very spacious. Hotel is near to railway station. Staff is good and helpful.

Location was good. Hotel is ok for single day stay. No restaurant in hotel or nearby. Cleanliness ok, not very good. Staff cooperative and supportive.

Rooms are very nice. But no breakfast, tea, lunch, dinner very difficult to manage in the early morning. You have to go out side the hotel around 1 km to get tea/coffee break fast. Very difficult to mange if you have toddlers with you. No pantry, no hot pot for hot water.
