Sooryavamshi Residency

I was booked for 1st nova on suryavamshy residency and my checkin time was 2pm. I reached residency at 2. 50pm as per the reception no room available and they are not ready to accept my confirmed booking. They told me that are having issue with make my trip booking because booking was confirmed 1st nova morning so they cant accept the booking. They will take the booking for next day only. I left from the reception and i contact make my trip customer service within 5 minutes customer service executive talked to somebody and told me to give the mobile to the reception. Then they accepted the booking. Customer service executive ms. Thripthi given me full support. Do not encourage this type attitude from residencies. As i was also from an service industry. This will affect the good will and trust of make my trip.

Neat and clean rooms. Good ambience. Staff is polite and friendly. Would be good if they had breakfast available.

The stay was terrible. The room was in poor condition, and the ac was not working. I vacated within an hour due to the room's bad condition. So, i lost money.

Clean rooms, clean bedsheets, clean toilets and the much needed privacy. What else do you need.

Room was clean, neaty and safety for this hotel. It's suitable for families and bachelor's. Very nice

It was a good and pleasant stay with good ambience. And very friendly staffs. The room maintained so clean.
