優點：位置在金剛寺和南無寺中間，環境安靜，房間寬敞，乾淨衞生，價格實惠，老闆熱情，因為住兩天，老闆娘還免費給我升級了房型。
缺點：停車難大概是康定老城區的通病，該民宿的停車場很難開進去，需要把兩個後視鏡摺疊起來才能勉強通過，比較考驗技術，全靠我家屬在前面指揮我才開出來，坡度也比較陡峭。
