老闆人很熱情，到樓下幫忙提行李，還請我吃水果，床上用品乾淨，有電熱毯，雖小但一個人住也夠了，有提供洗漱用品。衞生間有對小區內的窗户，晚上安靜。住了幾天看到有一客一換，樓下二層有個大平台方便晾曬衣服，看到快下雨了老闆還幫忙收衣服。

房間環境衞生整潔，設施齊全，店家服務熱情，離農貿市場和情歌廣場很近，周邊配套設施齊全，吃住玩，生活方便！

民宿就在老城區跑馬山腳下，離溜溜城、情歌廣場、彩虹橋、觀音閣寺都很近，門口就餐很方便。交通比較方便，離康定客運中心幾百米，公共汽車也很近。住宿還比較乾淨，老闆服務熱情。
