So they accompanied us back and forth to count the steps?) 2. The male waiter who was sweating all over came late. When he was dismantling the mattress, he stepped on the bed sheet with one foot. The picture is proof. I was too tired to argue. I also left a message to Ctrip customer service. The room is also very small and the facilities are old, so it is really not a 5-star hotel. 3. There are cockroaches outside the restaurant from time to time. The buffet looks rich but tastes bad. It is not as good as the previous stop, Bangladesh. I came back and stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott in Colombo and realized that the kitchen of this hotel is not good. The advantage is that the hotel environment is really beautiful, the mountain view is unbeatable, and monkeys pass by the balcony from time to time. Conclusion I hope the hotel will strengthen its management and Ctrip will strengthen the assessment and star rating of suppliers.

It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. However, walls are thin and you can heard a lot of noise. It is not easy to get there because it is located almost in the top of the mountain. Another good thing is that the restaurant closes at 10pm and food is good and cheap. We didn’t find the swimming pool since we stayed just one night. It was a nice stay by the way and breakfast was good. PD: We booked double room that it is supposed to have a king/queen bed but it was two individual beds put together.
