For instance, when I asked if the curtains were manual or electric, they demonstrated how to close them but then reopened them, even though it was already 6-7 p.m. and completely dark outside. These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service. Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey.
