Devon Hotel

The service was friendly but the hotel was extremely run down! We had to change rooms as we had a huge leak but the 2nd room smelt like mould. Both rooms had a/c but didn’t work properly and felt very dirty. The food for dinner was average although the breakfast was tasty. They were building a new updated hotel next door which is due to open from August so don’t bother going until the new one is open!

Nice hotel for family stay. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. Food was good and they customized it to our liking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were very helpful and attended to our needs immediately. Overall good feel at hotel.

Nice hotel with really friendly staff and good location. Room was clean a with a balcony. Dinner and breakfast was served at 4th floor with nice view to countryside and the food itself was delicious. Thanks fo everything and I will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful stay at the Devon Hotel in Kandy! The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Sahan, who was not only very friendly but also had a great personality. He went above and beyond, even taking the time to educate us on how to be aware of scammers in the town. Highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay!

We visited Devon hotel on 4.8.2024. This hotel is one of the best hotel in Kandy which is in the heart of the city. Clean and big rooms with 24 hour cold and hot water showers with smooth entry with welcome drink. Food with various variety which is combination of continental, srilankan and Indian is having great taste. Service with smile is their energy. We appreciate this hotel and would like to stay again. There is extension of hotel is going on and hence some inconvenience may cause. PRASHANT KULKARNI, PUNE, INDIA.
