My family and I stayed one night at the Range Kandy and we are very disappointed with our stay. We definitely dont believe that the hotel is a three star hotel which meets quality comfort. Poor quality of rooms - My husband and I stayed in the ‘deluxe room’ Kompass. The bed was damaged/broken in appearance, had dirty bed linen with holes, empty and dirty mini fridge which was switched off and broken towel rack in the bathroom. Very unpleasant room to stay in for the money paid. Poor quality of meals - After paying for half board, we had some tasteless fruits and toast with butter and jam for breakfast. This was not worth our money at all. While we informed that we were vegetarian at check-in, no effort was made to provide us a decent meal. We expressed our concerns at check-out and the manager only could do the best as ignore and hand me over an extras bill for a pot of tea. I have also reached out to the management after the stay but I am not surprised at their unprofessionalism after the experience we had at the hotel.
