Worth a visit and stay overnight here, the cat is cute, the view of the lake also is fantastic.
Also there are some tips that you'd better check in before the night time, otherwise the dog of the owner may scared you at night 🤣 But the owner will come out if the dog barking. And just like most of the other hotel, you need to bring your own toothbrush, shampoo and hairdryer.
In front of the guesthouse is a ww2 factory, they say will be a museum in the future, and some historical old wall hundred years ago which was used to agonist Mymmar invader

Would NOT RECOMMEND, unless you like aggressive dogs…The guesthouse owner has a few very angry guard dogs who barked aggressively and ran towards us when we tried to check in. Obviously the dogs do not know us and so they react in a very angry way (chasing + barking) if we try to enter the property.
Not wanting to deal with potentially dangerous dogs every time we enter the property, we called the owner and asked to cancel the booking. He came out and refused to give a refund and refused to accept that his dogs were aggressive…
On the roads near the guesthouse there are also lots of angry dogs at the houses nearby who will run at you aggressively but most of them are chained up.
Extra info: I have lived in Asia for almost half a decade and am fairly used to street dogs etc. These ones were angry (their purpose is to protect the house from strangers, which all hotel guests will be…)
TLDR: Angry aggressive dogs, do not stay!

この価格であれば最高です。先ずロケーションがとても良いのとレストランなども歩いていけます。ご主人もお母さんも優しく気分良く宿泊出来ました。

You won't find a better view all along the river. Very peaceful. The owner are amazing friendly people with 5 good dogs. Room are very clean and basic, but everything that's needed. The common area is a lovely shaded spot to sit if it gets too hot.
