GGuest UserThis is the cleanest, nicest, most comfortable hotel I have stayed in for years! Kudos to the staff! The housekeeping and food staff are included. Best hotel in Charleston area.

GGuest UserMu husband and I had a great time. Really enjoyed it there. Very nice staff and very friendly. Rooms are very clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We will go back again soon.

KKingston VThere was a sock and used razor on the ground when I just checked in. Otherwise everything was fine. Parking was $16 after tax. It’s behind the hotel. The entrance parking was full when I got there. 2 free drinks 5:30-7pm and breakfast included. Omelette bar was pretty good. Staff generally were very friendly. Pictures are the view from my room.

JJunesdaughterThe convenience of staying right at the ****** was the best part of the stay. It was great to walk right up to our room after a fun night without having to go outside. But other than that it was just ok. The staff checking us in looked tired and worn down. They were clearly used to checking in people who stay at ******s often but this was new to us. When I said it was our first time here I would have appreciated some info about breakfast and maybe an offer for a players card. Some staff were new so learning the job is understandable, but it just looked like it had been a really long day. The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. The ****** was a lot of fun. Breakfast the next am was pretty basic, cereal oatmeal, toast, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The host arranging it all was lovely and helpful. He found earl gray tea for me when I asked. It was a fun overnight at an ok hotel. Glad we gave it a try.

VVanThis was our first stay at this hotel. We were very impressed with the whole experience! The room was large, clean, and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were all friendly. Well done!!
