Mouchoirs souillés au pied du canapé. Ticket de preuve d'achat proche des rideaux datant du 29 juillet 22 , ( date du séjour le 27 août 22) Grille d'aération de la salle de bain avec grosse épaisseur de poussière.

First Time staying here, and I'm so glad I did. First Impression was a Very Pleasant Check in Lady. She was very Professional and made one feel Welcome. The Buffet Breakfast was an Excellent Bonus. The Bed was so Comfortable. Highly Recommend

Breakfast on Saturday was good but not the greatest. Sundays was better. Other then that, great experience. Will definitely stay there again.

It was a great experience. We were in Kanata for a wedding in the area. We would stay at this location again.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is very courteous and accommodating. The only thing I would change is to add more warm breakfast options.

It was clean and the workers were all very polite. The pool has way to much chlorine my son eyes were burning for two hours after getting out

This is our preferred destination to stay in the Ottawa region. The holidays are the least enjoyable time for travel and excursions for us, and this place always matches our interests. Staff is awesome. Facilities and services are perfect for us.

This hotel is in dire need of updating! Repairs of minor issues in rooms is needed too!

We stayed one night in early December. Neds are comfortable, the room was clean, but definitely needs a refresh - lots of chipped paint around the door frames and the furnishings are tired looking. Also, while there’s a Keurig coffee maker, there’s no kettle in what was advertised as a full kitchen (plus, no oven)

From the moment I checked in until my check out, the staff were friendly, welcoming, efficient and professional. The check and check in were smooth and I really enjoyed my three night stay while transferring from extended hospitalization and convalescence into my new apartment. The bed was very comfortable. As the hotel is only three blocks from my new residence it will be handy for family and friends who come to visit.
